Job Description
Cashier/Sales Associate : Cashier duties include performing guest transactions at the gift store, selling merchandise, dealing with payment, stocking shelves as well as inventory, pricing items and providing general customer service. Participant should be willing to do any of the assigned duties. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Dishwasher :Dishwasher duties include scraping, racking and stacking glassware/plateware/silverware properly in the dishwasher and washing pots, pans, and dishes by hand or using dish equipment. Dishwashers then restock all ware when clean. Additional duties include removing garbage and recyclable materials from the kitchen area to appropriate receptacles as well as sweeping and mopping. Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining a clean workstation, assisting kitchen staff when required and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness, such as breaking down boxes and taking out garbage. Dishwashers will come into contact with cleaning chemicals and wear rubber gloves. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned as necessary. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by supervisor.
Front Desk Agent :Front desk duties include but are not limited to greeting and assisting guests, answering guest questions, handling reservations on the computer, processing payments, answering the phone, and giving directions. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Rotating Position/Groundskeeper :Duties include but are not limited to dishwashing, housekeeping, and grounds-keeping such as gardening.
Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to cleaning guest bathrooms, making beds, removing guest linens, vacuuming, and cleaning floors, showers, sinks, floors and toilets. Some cleaning of common areas and laundry duties will be required as well. Lifting, bending, walking and standing for long periods of time are required.
Dishwashing duties include maintaining kitchen work areas, washing dishes and utensils, sweeping and mopping floors, monitoring proper chemical levels in dishwasher, setting and cleaning tables, chairs and other areas of the restaurant and bathroom.
Groundskeeper duties include but are not limited to assisting with the maintenance of the yard/landscaping.

Cashier/Sales Associate $14.00 per hour
Dishwasher $14.00 per hour + tips
Front Desk Agent $14.00 per hour
Rotating Position/Groundskeeper $14.00 per hour

Housing
$125 per person, per month. Payroll deducted, but participants can opt out if they wish.

**Participants will live in a house, or an onsite apartment provided by the employer. Houses are 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Participant will share a bedroom with one other participant. Onsite apartments are 2-3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Participant will share a bedroom with one other participant. All housing options includes utilities, basic furniture, basic cooking facilities, and linens.
