Housekeeping: Participant will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, condominiums, and guest areas. The Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to: making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms including sinks, mirrors, showers, bathtubs, and toilets, replenishing supplies, emptying trash cans and bringing trash outside, as well as cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios. Participants are expected to clean their assigned guest rooms within the allotted time period as determined by management and using the proper procedures and chemicals provided by management. Participants must communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner. General cleaning is required and additional duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Kitchen Assistant: Participant will work in one of the Food & Beverage outlets at Chula Vista. Kitchen Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: general food prep, running food and drinks to tables, clearing tables, washing dishes, mopping, assisting cooks, servers, or hosts, cleaning bathrooms, and keeping kitchen areas clean. General cleaning is required and additional duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Lifeguard: Participants are responsible for ensuring the safety of everyone within the waterpark facility. Lifeguard duties include, but are not limited to: guarding deep and shallow water areas, ensuring park rules are followed, and keeping all guests safe. Lifeguards must be able to assist guests with a smile. Training is provided after arrival. General cleaning is required and additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

**Chula Vista is a resort and waterpark on the Wisconsin River and is located 3 miles outside of downtown Wisconsin Dells. The resort features over 200,000 square feet of waterparks, a world-class spa, a golf course, as well as one of America’s top steakhouses. However, due to the resort’s location, lack of other reasonably priced accommodations nearby, and safety concerns for participants, the job and housing at this placement are packaged together. If a participant accepts this job offer, they will be required to live in the designated Chula Vista J-1 accommodations. Any participant that moves out of the employer-provided housing will unfortunately lose his/her job and housing deposit because the commute to Chula Vista is unsafe if living elsewhere. The employer will provide regularly scheduled trips to Walmart and a local mall since these places and the downtown area are difficult to access via bicycle. The participant housing is provided by the employer and is located on-site at the resort in the designated employee dormitories. There are two styles of housing, new housing and remodeled housing. New housing buildings will have 4 bedrooms on each floor, a common kitchen area, and a communal bathroom. Each bedroom includes 4 single beds and 4 closets that can be secured. Rooms all have Wi-Fi, cable TV, central heat, and air-conditioning. Each floor of the new housing should accommodate 16 participants in total. The remodeled housing accommodates 4 people per unit and includes bunk beds, a kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and individual heating/cooling units. Participants in both housing options are expected to keep their units clean and report any damages that occur. Employer is able to assist with some transportation off-site (at employer’s discretion). Employer-assisted transportation is not guaranteed. The resort is located on the Wisconsin River, 3 miles from Downtown Wisconsin Dells. The resort and participant housing are located in a remote, wooded area.
