Job Description

Food & Beverage Front of House Support: Food & Beverage Front of House Support include both Food Runner and Busser responsibilities. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

– Efficiently clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and re-setting tables in the restaurant
– Delivering food to tables as required
– Providing guests with friendly, exceptional customer service
– Maintaining positive working relationships with both front and back of the house teams

<strongFood & Beverage Support Back of House: Food & Beverage Back of House Support responsibilities include both Dishwashing and Food Preparation responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following tasks.

Dishwashing:
– Ensuring the dish area is supplied with necessary cleaning products
– Keeping dish machine clean
– Reporting any problems or malfunctions while cleaning various dish ware in a timely manner
– Sweeping and mopping the kitchen and storage area regularly

Food Preparation:
– Assisting cooks in the kitchen
– Assembling ingredients for menu items
– Stocking and cleaning food pantries and storage

**Employer provides housing in a shared house. Rooms will be assigned at the discretion of the employer. Participants will live in a shared house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Housing includes a stove or oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. Housing is mixed gender, but bedrooms will be shared with 1-2 other participants of the same gender. Private rooms may be available by request at a higher cost. The house will house a maximum of 10 people total with 3 shared bathrooms. Laundromats are located within 1.5 blocks. Employer provides rides to and from work in employee shuttle vans at no cost, 7 days per week. Vans will also stop at a grocery store. Housing locations distance to worksite: 217 West Agate Avenue – 4.7 miles (7.6 kilometers)

Transportation to work

Shuttle vans provided for employee transportation to and from work at no cost 7 days per week. Additional stops at a grocery store available.
