Kitchen Help : The Kitchen Support personnel will start with our training program. We will work with them to train them on all our stations. We are revolutionizing the industry by introducing the opportunity to allow the Back of House to participate in the benefit of the tip pooling. They will be afforded the opportunity to start with the basics and work their way up expanding their knowledge, tra ining, experience, and piece of the tips. Some of the participant’s responsibilities are ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare dishes as needed. Disposing of trash, Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools or areas. Other tasks may be assigned by management as needed.
Bartender : Bartender primary job responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks to restaurant and customer standards. This position requires strong multitasking skills as you will be simultaneously making drinks, answering customer questions, handling payments, washing and stocking glassware, keeping the bar area clean, taking note of inventory, checking IDs and ensuring compliance with Maine alcohol laws all in a fast-paced environment. You will need to wipe down the bar counter regularly, sweep and mop the floors and take out the trash, as necessary.
