Kitchen Staff : As a member of Dough Boy’s Kitchen Staff, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: making pizzas, assemble various menu items, making dough, prepping vegetables, preparing other menu items, operating dishwasher/dishwashing and do general cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prep: Make dough, prep ingredients, cut vegetables, cheese, meats.
Cook: Operate fryers, ovens, other cooking stations.
Cleaning: Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, clean/sanitize work stations, set up/ break down, washing floor mats, dishwashing, removing trash.
Team Support: Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of nd kitchen operations.
Stocking Supplies: Stocking refrigerator and freezer when trucks come in, stocking paper supplies, cleaning supplies, labeling incoming product
Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards, including handling/disposing of food waste appropriately, grooming, and cooking.
Breakdown and Storage: Break down boxes and containers for recycling and assist with organizing and storing kitchen supplies and equipment.
Multi-Tasking: Perform other tasks as assigned by kitchen managers or supervisors, such as food preparation, kitchen cleaning, or assisting with food service during peak hours.
All positions include cleaning duties of all aspect of the restaurant including but not limited to: kitchen, dinning area, bar, bathrooms, outdoors.
Host/Busser : As a Host/Busser, you are required to greet patrons with a smile on your face. You are the first person the customers interact with, so it is extremely important for applicants to be positive, easygoing, and friendly. You will be responsible for taking customers to their tables, ensuring all tables are cleared off once guests leave, that the tables are properly set up and stocked, letting servers know they have tables, and ensuring the presentation of the restaurant is clean. Duties include but are not limited to: taking to go orders, answering phones, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning menus, stocking, and any other duties management request.
Waitstaff : Waitstaff are responsible for providing excellent service to their assigned tables, which includes taking customer orders, using a point-of-sale system, serving food and drinks, answering customer questions, engaging in friendly conversation, clearing tables, performing “side-work,” and handling opening and closing duties. They must also have knowledge of the menu and check I.D. for beer, wine, and liquor sales. Additionally, all staff members are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
Before becoming a server, you must complete training and demonstrate the ability to perform all tasks while speaking and reading English at an advanced level. If training is not successfully completed, you may be placed in a position more suitable to your language skills and abilities.
