Crew Member :Crew Member duties will include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, taking and filling orders, cleaning all restaurant areas, preparing and assembling food, working the grill, serving customers, working the counter and as a cashier, and any general cleaning. Other duties may be assigned by employer as necessary.
Participants should be comfortable handling American currency at cash registers. Rotations between stations are done at the discretion of the employer and are based on participants’ attitude, English level, work performance, etc.

**Employer provides housing in a shared house. Participants must contact employer at douglas.king@partners.mcd.com to confirm a space in the housing before arrival. There are two house options, and housing will be assigned upon arrival. The house has four bedrooms, and each room is equipped with bunk beds. Three bedrooms will house two participants. The master bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and will house up to four participants. There is a washer and dryer in the house. Internet is provided as long as housing successfully passes cleanliness inspections of living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, all common rooms, and trash removal. Inspections will occur two times per month. Participants will be responsible for taking the large city-provided trash containers from the house to the street for the weekly trash collection service. Participants then must take the trash containers back to the house after the trash has been collected. This must be done within 24 hours. Participants are also responsible for keeping the area outside of the house clean. This includes picking up any trash, papers, pamphlets, newspapers, or other disposable items. If participants fail to keep the exterior of the house clean, participants may have a portion of their security deposits withheld, and could damage the program in Moab for future J-1 participants.
