Kitchen and Hotel Runner : This is a rotating position. Participants will work both in the restaurant and the hotel based on business needs. When working in the kitchen, participants will be responsible for cleaning, helping prepare food, cooking, and running food. Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisor as needed. Participants must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals.
When working in the hotel, participants will be responsible for cleaning hotel bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning common areas, grounds keeping, assisting guests, and working at the front desk.

**The housing will be onsite at the hotel in one of the double queen rooms. There will be two queen beds, television with cable, internet, a microwave and mini refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. Laundry is available for a fee.
