Busser : Bussing responsibilities include but are not limited to: Maintaining the cleanliness of dining and beach areas, removing dishes, utensils, glassware, and paper products from tables and dining areas; delivering dishes and utensils to the dishwasher for cleaning; emptying food and paper waste to trash; arranging tables and chairs upon guest’s departure; sweeping around and under each table/chair upon guest departure; mopping when necessary.
Food Runner : Food Runner responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring a consistent flow of service to guests and servers by efficiently organizing and delivering food to the tables; ensuring the quality of food before leaving the kitchen; delivering food to the correct person at the correct table; maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Host/Hostess : Host responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting customers as they arrive to the restaurant; welcoming them into the establishment with a smile, seating them, and providing them with menus; keeping the restaurant orderly by tracking wait times, monitoring table rotations, answering the phone to take and review reservations; making sure tables are clean and set up properly; making arrangements for special requests; assuring that customers are content and monitoring what’s going on at each table.
Retail Associate : Retail Associate responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Engaging with guests in the retail store by answering questions and making recommendations; maintaining stock while also employing a “can-do” attitude and using proper cash handling skills. Retail Associates may stand for extended periods and may lift boxes up to 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms).

**Participants will be assigned a housing location prior to arrival. Once housing location is assigned, participants must review specific housing assignment details below and follow any instructions provided. Participants are responsible for keeping their rooms and common spaces clean. 1) Lewiston Hall Participants will be housed in a dormitory. The rooms are either a double room with two twin beds or a suite with two sets of bunk beds. All rooms are furnished with a nightstand, dresser, mini-fridge, free wi-fi, basic cable, TV, private bathroom, spacious closet, and an individual climate control unit. The property features a large, fully equipped shared kitchen complete with cookware and utensils. The housing includes an on-site laundry facility, casual lounge area, and gaming stations. 2) International Residence Hall (IRH): a. Rent and Deposit: Rent is $160 per week and paid directly to the IRH office. Rent is NOT payroll deducted for participants staying at IRH. The amount due at check-in is $560, paid to the IRH office. This includes: $200 refundable security deposit if the room is left clean with no damages. The deposit will be returned once all participants have vacated the room; $125 one-time administrative fee; $75 one-time laundry fee; and $160 for the first week of rent. b. Rooms/Accommodations: 4 participants will share a room. Each room has 1 bathroom/shower, 1 microwave, 1 refrigerator, 1 table, 4 chairs, 4 personal wardrobes, and 4 beds. There is private RFID access into the facility and rooms, video monitoring 24 hours a day/7 days a week, a community kitchen, and community areas. c. Check in: Participants may check in at any time. Participants are encouraged to complete the lease before arrival and pay the invoice before check-in (will be sent to participant by email). Participants can also complete this at check-in, but this will delay the process.
