Kitchen Cook : The Kitchen Cook is primarily responsible for following specified standard recipes as directed and preparing food to the Executive’s and Sous Chef’s specifications. Kitchen Cooks will contribute to the hotel’s success as a team player and Department Head.
The Kitchen Cook shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. Prior culinary experience is required. This position requires collaboration, proactive thinking and organization, and a desire to contribute creatively to menu recipes and specials.
Rotating Front of House Support: Rotating Front of House Support position includes but is not limited to hosting, serving and food running.
Host responsibilities include: greeting and seating restaurant guests, maintaining wait list if necessary, and must be able to understand sections assigned to the servers. Additional duties may include retrieving to-go orders, and handling cash and credit transactions.
Server responsibilites include: receiving and serving meal and beverage orders in an outgoing, friendly, and timely manner, displaying knowledge of basic food preparation and service, displaying knowledge of special and standard menu items and their ingredients, completing all necessary side work
Food Runner responsibilities include: Maintaining a consistent flow of service to guests and servers by efficiently organizing and delivering food to the tables; cleaning tables and removing used dishes, ensuring the quality of food before leaving the kitchen, delivering food to the correct person at the correct table, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

**Participants will live in hotel rooms at SCP Redmond Hotel. Each room will house up to 2 participants. There is one shared bathroom for each room. Each room has a microwave, mini refrigerator, and TV. There is no traditional stovetop available. Participants will also have access to the gym and yoga studio.
