Prep Cook/Dishwasher :Duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining kitchen work areas, preparing vegetables to be used in cooking and salads, preparing pizzas, handling of pork, using the fryers, dishwashing and sanitizing, and general food preparations. Duties may also include stocking and taking out the garbage.
Host: Hosts and Hostesses will greet, seat, and assist customers, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant. Duties will also include clearing and setting tables and rolling silverware in napkins. General cleaning is required and additional duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

**Participants will be assigned to one of the following housing locations: Housing 1: Participants will share a single-family home with participants from a different employer location. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, internet, and laundry facilities available. This housing will have 6-8 female participants. Housing 2: Participants will share a single-family home with participants from a different employer location. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, internet, and laundry facilities available. The house also has a nice front porch. This housing will have 8-9 male participants. Housing 3: Two participants will share a motel room with 2 twin beds, 1 bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave. Participants will have access to an onsite communal kitchen.
