Table Service Assistant : To meet, greet and seat customers and take orders. To handle glassware, take beverage orders and serve alcoholic beverages. To prepare for taking payment, take payment and cash-up in counter service. To prepare and present sandwiches etc, prepare chilled foods, defrost and prepare frozen foods, prepare fruit.
Room Attendants : duties include but are not limited to: cleaning guest room and bathrooms, making beds, removing guest linens, dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming; cleaning of showers, sinks, and toilets. Cleaning of common areas and taking out trash will be required as well. Room Attendants requires participants to use cleaning chemicals.
Prep Cook : A prep cook sets the foundation for smooth kitchen operations. You will work under the head chef or kitchen manager to ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and ready for the line cooks during busy service hours.
Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation : Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits, vegetables, and meats according to recipes and prep lists.Station Setup: Measure ingredients, mix sauces, and stock workstations with necessary tools and food items.Storage and Labeling: Label, date, and store all food items properly in refrigerators, freezers, and pantries to prevent waste.Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, wash utensils, and assist with general kitchen cleanup.Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels and inform managers when ingredients run low.
Housekeeping Attendant : A Housekeeping Attendant cleans and maintains rooms, hallways, and common areas in hotels, resorts, or other lodging facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests
