Ride Operator : As a Ride Operator at Broadway at the Beach, you will play a vital role in the guest experience. This male-only position includes operating a variety of rides and attractions while rotating between different locations throughout the property. You’ll ensure that guests enjoy a safe, exciting, and memorable experience at one of Myrtle Beach’s top entertainment destinations.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate rides safely and efficiently, ensuring all guests are properly seated, secured, and ready before activating the ride.
Assist guests in boarding and exiting rides, including helping young children or those who need assistance with safety belts and harnesses.
Maintain constant awareness of ride operations and guest behavior to prevent unsafe actions and respond quickly to potential hazards.
Monitor ride areas, enforce safety rules, and communicate with guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
Rotate between multiple ride locations and attractions across Broadway at the Beach throughout your work period.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including safety checks and test runs.
Keep ride areas clean and organized—including seats, platforms, guest lines, and surrounding areas—through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and power washing.
Manage access to ride areas by verifying guest passes or tickets.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism.
Communicate any incidents, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
Attend required team meetings and participate in training sessions as assigned.
Maintain a professional, safety-first mindset at all times.
Be prepared to relocate between job stations or assist at alternate attractions as needed.

This female-only position involves rotating through various attractions and locations throughout the property, ensuring a dynamic and exciting work environment every day. You will rotate between trampoline, paddleboats, balloon pop game, and the carousel.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate various attractions in a safe and professional manner, following all opening, operating, and closing procedures.
Rotate between multiple locations and themed attractions within Broadway at the Beach, offering a varied and engaging work experience.
Screen guests for ride eligibility and special access needs discreetly and with care.
Evacuate rides safely according to standard operating procedures when necessary.
Welcome and interact with guests using themed narration and storytelling to enhance the entertainment experience.
Monitor attraction lines, manage guest flow, and provide estimated wait times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by regularly removing trash, clearing debris, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
Sell attraction tickets by clearly and enthusiastically explaining options and pricing in a suggestive selling manner.
Operate a cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and responsibly.
Handle cash transactions with care and accountability.
Respond to guest inquiries courteously, both in person and while stationed at various attractions. Provide directions and information with confidence and clarity.
