Busser : Table Maintenance: Clearing dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently. Resetting tables with clean linens, silverware, and place settings for arriving guests. Ensuring tables are clean and sanitary between guests. Dining Area Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area by sweeping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. Keeping condiment stands and busser stations stocked and organized. Cleaning and polishing tableware, including silverware and glassware. Emptying trash receptacles as needed. Server Support: Assisting servers with delivering food and drinks to tables, especially during busy periods. Refilling water glasses and other beverages. Clearing plates between courses. Helping with additional tasks as needed, such as polishing silverware or folding napkins. Other Duties: May be required to assist with side work, such as cleaning restrooms, setting up dining areas before service, and tidying up after closing. May be required to work closely with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of dishes.
