Server : Servers provide positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. They play an integral role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience by providing food and beverages for guests and serving them throughout the restaurant and bar while following all state and local laws and company policies. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to the guests’ needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and important. RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizing and setting up workspace before, during, and after each shift including stocking, cleaning, sanitizing, and preparatory work.
Greeting and welcoming guests to the restaurant while maintaining a professional appearance.
Knowledgeable present menus and recommendations to guests.
Using the company’s sequence of service with guests to make sure they are having a quality dining experience.
Clearing, cleaning, sanitizing and resetting the venue as needed.
Efficiently operating a computerized point-of-sale system, completing financial transactions accurately, making changes, and running credit cards.
Effectively and proactively communicate any safety, guest, or employee concerns with the
Supervisors and Management.
Contributing to the overall success of the venue by running food, seating tables, and welcoming guests as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces.
Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.

Dishwasher, Cook : Participants must be flexible with completing tasks as necessary based on restaurant needs. You may assist in dishwashing, line cook and cook duties or a combination, based on individual skills and business needs. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment & utensils. Restock food goods. Wash and mop kitchen floors. Take trash out. Cook duties include the following:

Preparing food before meal service begins, including chopping vegetables, breaking down meat into serving sizes, making sauces and dividing herbs Setting up and stocking kitchen stations Cooking assigned foods during restaurant service while complying with senior chefs’ instructions and recommendations Plating cooked foods Keeping food stations clean and organized Complying with mandatory food safety standards and regulations

You will be expected to work with hot water and cleaning chemicals on a daily basis. Please do not apply if you have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. It’s important to stay flexible. Must have open availability

Busser : The primary role is busser, however, participants must be willing to do any position at the restaurant, at any given time of their schedules. Duties include but are not limited to food preparation, dishwashing, cleaning tables and the area around, serving food, and other tasks assigned by the employer. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. It’s important to stay flexible. Must have open availability. Specific responsibilities include: Proactively supports the restaurant team by clearing tableware, napkins and refuse from tables.

Ensure restaurant cleanliness by wiping down tables and chairs, and clears debris from floor and surrounding area.

Deliver prompt service by resetting tables in a timely matter. Proactively support the restaurant team while monitoring dining room activity. Collaborate with team members to communicate any special needs or guest requests.
Utilize the freedom to go beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.

Host : The primary role is host, however, participants must be willing to do any position at the
restaurant, at any given time of their schedules. As a Hostess, the main duties are to present menus, create a personal dining experience, answer questions, and offer information on menu items, beverages, and specials.
Hostess Job Responsibilities include: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Ascertains their dining/lodging needs. Seat guests and manage the seating chart. Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow. Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
