Room Attendants : Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean and stock restrooms. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment. Notify managers of necessary repairs. Collect and dispose of trash. Assist guests when necessary. Keep linen room stocked. Properly clean upholstered furniture.

Banquet Servers :The duties and responsibilities of a Banquet Server are generally to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Here are some examples of the duties and responsibilities of a Banquet Server

Food & Beverage Server :Food and Beverage Servers are customer service professionals that work for restaurants, cocktail bars and other establishments. In addition to serving food and drinks, Food and beverage Servers perform tasks, such as setting up tables, removing used dishes and preparing simple dishes. They serve as the main point of contact for customers.

A Food and Beverage Server may work for a single establishment, or they may work for third-party catering companies. A good portion of their income in the United States usually comes from tips. The career is expected to grow at 3 percent over the next ten years, which is less than average.

Timber Ridge Waterpark Server : In this position, participants will serve guests in the Timber Ridge Waterpark Restaurants. Duties include but are not limited to: greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, clearing and cleaning tables, taking payments for their tables, and assisting guests with a smile and friendly attitude. Must be able to learn the menu and show efficient compliance with proper food handling, policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Rate

Room Attendants : $16.00/hour
Banquet Servers : $2.50/hour + tips. Guarantee of at least minimum wage $7.25 but potentially more
Food & Beverage Server : $2.50/hour + tips. Guarantee of at least minimum wage $7.25 but potentially more
Timber Ridge Waterpark Server : $2.50 per hour, plus tips.

32-40 hours per week

Housing

$125 per person, per week

** Dormitory housing will cost $125 per person, per week. $250 will be payroll deducted every two weeks. The on-site dorms will have a suite with a shared cooking space, four bedrooms, a living area, and two full bathrooms. Two participants will share each bedroom. Housing is fully equipped with a community kitchen and a laundry facility.

Transportation to work

Students can walk or ride a bike.
