Housekeeping : In the Housekeeping position participants will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas of the hotel to a high 4-diamond standard. Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to: cleaning guest bathrooms including showers, sinks, and toilets using common cleaning chemicals; making beds; removing guest linens, and vacuuming. General cleaning and other duties will be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Participants may also have the opportunity to rotate between Housekeeping, Breakfast Attendant and Front Desk responsibilities.
– Breakfast attendant duties include but are not limited to: setting up breakfast stations, replenishing foods, cleaning tables, and cleaning the dining and buffet area.
– Front Desk duties include, but are not limited to: answering the telephone, checking guests in and out, and answering guest questions.

**Participants will live in a dormitory and will share a room and bathroom with another participant. Every room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, table, and chairs. There is a community kitchen available for participants to use with an oven and stove. Floors on the dormitory are co-ed. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available onsite. Participants are responsible for cleaning their own linens.
