Cook : Your daily responsibilities include: Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to culinary team members and guests. Maintains current and accurate information regarding food items (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients) Prepares food items per guest order as required including, but not limited to, breakfast items, entrees and desserts according to guest request Employs proper cooking methods, cooks to specifications, and handles, stores and rotates food properly in accordance with established health and safety standards Slice, dice, chop and prepare raw products Carve meats, portion food on serving plates, add gravies and sauces, and garnish plates as required Wipes counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards Maintains par levels of operating supplies and food product for each workstation obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures Provides personalized service and uses guests’ names when possible Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas
Cleaning Person : Your daily responsibilities include:
• Cleans slot machines, in between machines, ash trays, slot bases, trash cans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, counter tops, furniture, and any other decorative objects in the casino or common areas
• Vacuums carpet, sweeps and mops tile floors, cleans any spills that occur
• Cleans any bio hazardous materials when it occurs
• Removes trash from the trash container and places into the dumpsters
• Familiar with the proper use of chemicals and equipment
• Must be able to stand and work in a noisy, smoke filled environment without restrictions for up to eight hours per day
• Responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to all guests
Cashier/Host : Your daily responsibilities include: Provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff. Greets, and makes welcome, each guest entering restaurant Seats guests in restaurant as per specified rotation requirements Takes guests orders for to-go food or retail items and enters them in the POS system Maintains proper seating and reservation documentation Monitors restaurant for table availability Keeps designated working area clean and organized, wipes and assists in maintaining cleanliness of dining room, including cashiering area, as necessary or required, in accordance with established health and safety standards Assists wait staff and bus persons in their duties (e.g., refill water glasses and coffee cups, helps pre-bus and bus tables, attend to guest needs) as necessary, or required Complete all assigned closing duties at end of shift Knows and promotes current casino events and programs and can give guests directions to all casino areas Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck and makes it easy for them to get back in play
Guest Room Attendant : Your daily responsibilities include:
• Vacuums, cleans, shampoos carpet
• Mops, scrubs, rinses and polishes hard floors
• Moves, rearranges and cleans furniture
• Washes and cleans wall light fixtures, louvers, ceilings, shelves and outside walls
• Washes/cleans all windows and mirrors, dusts, and sanitizes bathrooms in guest rooms
• Assures that every room is clean and everything in room is in proper working order
• Cleans and maintains his/her workstation, including stocking workstation with sheets, pillowcases, towels and all amenities
• Ensures all linens and terry are without defect
• Operates and controls all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and back vacuums
• Transports cleaning equipment
• Recognizes and uses appropriate chemicals
• Strips beds, empties trash in rooms, brings fresh linen, sets up guests room, supplies rooms with all amenities and linens
• Maintains housekeeping linen room on each floor, stocks supplies ensuring adequate level of supplies
• Responsible for counting and distribution of clean linen from linen closet to guest rooms
• Picks up used linen and drops linen down chute to carts that are then taken to soiled linen room where it is picked by laundry attendants and other related responsibilities
• Delivers, upon request, guest amenities, i.e. pillows, additional beds, blankets and much more
• Maintains and cleans hotel guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas, and other areas in the hotel as directed by Inspector, Supervisor, or Manager
• Completes daily housekeeping reports, if necessary
• Works as a team with other employees
• Responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to all guests
• Properly reports and turns in all lost and found items
• Greets all guests throughout shift with the proper salutation and pleasant expression
• Reports all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling
• Maintains and cleans all equipment used throughout the course of a shift
Steward : Your daily responsibilities include: Clean and sanitize all dish ware, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas and equipment. Maintain a pace of work which allows supplies to be cleaned and put in their proper place which meets business demands. Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment while preparing tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware. Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level and thoroughly cleans dish washing equipment and working areas. Responsible for handling the removal of garbage and refuse; mopping and sweeping floors; washing walls and ceiling tiles. Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area. Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.
