Back of House Utility : Job Summary: Participants in this role will assist the back of house staff. This role may involve cross training or assignment to one specific role depending on business needs and individual skill sets. Participants may assist with one or more of the following roles below:
Dishwasher: Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans and cleans kitchen under the direction of the Chef. Responsible for cleaning of floors, counters and all work surfaces at the end of each shift.
Line Cook: Eligible applicants must have some experience in this position and an understanding of food preparation, quality and portion control. Works at the direction of the Executive Chef.
Prep Cook: Eligible applicants must have some experience in this position and an understanding of food preparation, quality and portion control. Works at the direction of the Executive Chef.

**Housing costs will be $15 a day – 2 per room with shared bathrooms. Participants will either be housed off site at one of JL Hospitality’s sister hotels, the Bridgewater Hotel, with shuttle service provided or they will be housed at Sophie’s Plaza, a 2 bedroom, 2 per room apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen. This housing is a short ½ mile walk from property, some bikes are available
