Chill Crew Member : Join the team at Dairy Queen Fargo, where you’ll work in a dynamic and fast-paced ice cream and quick-service restaurant environment. Participants will perform a variety of customer service and food preparation tasks while ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and handle payments accurately.
Prepare burgers, sandwiches, beverages, and Dairy Queen treats such as sundaes, cones, and
Blizzards.
Assist with daily setup, restocking supplies, and food prep as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, and keeping the dining area tidy.
Support drive-thru operations when assigned, ensuring friendly and efficient service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Perform additional tasks as requested by management and assist teammates in other areas when needed.

Demonstrate punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong team spirit.
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Must be flexible to help in various positions as business needs change.
Work schedules will include evenings, weekends (Friday–Sunday), and holidays.
If you call out sick or miss shifts, the employer is not required to schedule additional hours that week.
Shifts may not align with friends’ schedules; you may not have the same days off.
Hours may vary weekly based on business demand — some weeks may be slower than others.
You may not miss scheduled shifts due to another job or online classes.
Familiarity with U.S. currency and credit card transactions is helpful for this role.
Job Requirements
Must be physically able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
Must maintain a neat and clean appearance according to company policy.
Comfortable handling food and working around hot equipment and cleaning supplies.
Must have good English communication skills for customer interaction and understanding instructions.
Must be reliable and willing to follow supervisor directions

**The apartment is a two-bedroom unit. The is fully furnished. The unit has beds, a kitchen table, chairs, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, linens, and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also a balcony or patio, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, and air conditioning. In the complex, there is a volleyball court, a grilling (BBQ) area, and grocery shopping within walking distance. You will share the apartment with another participant. It is your responsibility to keep the housing clean and orderly. If there is any issue with the housing, you must inform your employer or landlord immediately so they can fix it. If you do not leave the place clean (including the tub, toilet, oven, stovetop, inside the refrigerator, all counters, walls, floors, etc) you will not receive your security deposit refund. It is best to request a move-out walk-through about three or four days before you are leaving so you know what you must fix to get your deposit refunded to you. Keep your bank account open in case the refund is processed after you are done working and move out. Your employer will assist with depositing the security refund check into your bank account if you are no longer in town to receive it directly.
