Line Cookt : Line Cook responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing timely, accurate and friendly service in high stress situations without becoming overwhelmed while meeting the customer’s needs, keeping working areas clean and organized, accurately and efficiently cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other hot food products as well as preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking. Must know specials, soups and unavailable items. General cleaning is required and additional tasks will be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Uniform requirements:
The following are not permitted: torn or “distressed” clothing, camouflage, tie-dyed clothing, tank tops, clothing that reveals the midriff, or overly strong deodorants and perfumes. Leggings and yoga pants are considered an undergarment and must be worn with a top layer
Server/Counter : Participants hired in this position will have serving duties and work at the counter as well. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing timely, accurate and friendly service in high stress situations while meeting the customer’s needs, greeting all guests with a positive attitude, taking guest orders and serving to their table, keeping working areas clean and organized, knowing specials, soups and unavailable items. General cleaning is required and additional tasks will be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

**Participants will live in a two bedroom one bathroom house. 1-2 participants will share a room. Bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas will be shared by everyone in the house. Rent is $150 per week with an additional $10 per week for utilities. Up to 50% of rent cost may be reimbursed at the end of your contract based upon your performance, conduct, punctuality, completion of contract until program end date, and returning housing in good condition. The $10 per week for utilities will NOT be reimbursed.
