Sales Representative – 7 Eleven :
Customer Service : Greet and assist customers with purchases and inquiries. Handle transactions efficiently using the cash register and POS system. Provide information about promotions and loyalty programs.
Store Operations: Restock shelves, refrigerators, and displays to ensure product availability. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering stock as needed.
Check expiration dates and rotate stock for freshness.
Cash Handling & Security: Process payments (cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments) accurately. Handle returns and refunds according to store policy.
Follow security procedures to prevent theft and fraud and alcohol sales.
Food Service (if applicable): Prepare and serve fresh food items such as coffee, hot dogs, and bakery items. Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards.
Store Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the store neat, clean, and organized. Sanitize surfaces, sweep floors, and take out the trash regularly.
Maintain restroom cleanliness.
There are 2 stores- possibility of working at both stores if needed.
