Dishwasher : The Dishwasher at Big Chill Island House is responsible for washing & cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This person will execute daily maintenance and deep cleaning of facilities, focused on keeping the dishroom & equipment clean and organized. Must Enjoy the Ride!
● Opening and midday maintenance of facilities including cleaning & stocking all restrooms, sweeping & mopping floors, and maintaining clean outdoor areas
● Complete opening and closing procedures.
● Load, run and unload dish machine.
● Set-up three bay sink with detergent, rinse, and sanitizer.
● Stock all necessary cleaning products.
● Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
● Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
● Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware is appropriate location.
● Maintain all dish and food service equipment storage areas.
● Keep dish washing area clean and organized.
● Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
● Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times.
● Assist with trash removal from other kitchen and FOH areas.
● Assist with food prep when needed.
● Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
● Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies in all areas.
● Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
● Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
● Clock in and out at scheduled time. Make Management aware of any deviation from schedule

Please pay attention to the lease agreement before signing to make sure your understand requirements. Some leases do have a non-refundable portion for cleaning and linens.
