Housekeeper : Housekeepers ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning rooms daily according to operational policies and standards. Other duties include cleaning bathroom shower curtains, walls, mirrors, bathtubs, toilets, and floors, dusting room items, vacuuming floors, and cleaning inside drawers, under beds, and more.
Line Cook : Line cook duties will include setting up stations for service, maintain product presentation and quality and cook time standards, and preparing menu items according to recipes and presentation specifications. Other responsibilities might include daily food preparation, work area cleaning and sanitizing.
General cleaning is required, and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Participants must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals and handling pork and alcohol.
Server : Server duties include greeting guests, answering questions about the offered food items, bringing guests food and beverages, and completing general side work assigned by the manager.
General side work may include, but is not limited to, polishing silverware and glassware, setting up silverware, glassware, and buffets, servicing banquet functions including buffet and table teardown, taking items back to the kitchen, clearing trash, bussing dirty dishes, and removing linens.
Steward/Back of House Support : The steward position duties will include cleanliness and support of the back of house included but not limited to washing dishes and equipment, cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining the organization of the kitchen and dining areas. They are the backbone of the back-of-house and front-of-house support

**Participants will stay on-site in dormitory style housing and live alongside their American coworkers. The units have basic furnishings. There are shared bathrooms and a common area with a TV. There is access to laundry facilities and Wi-Fi at no cost. There are no cleaning services. Participants must maintain a clean environment themselves. Two to six people will share each room, depending on room size. Employer provides three meals per day, seven days per week. Meals can be provided by request, depending on break times during shifts. Participants will have access to a microwave in their own housing unit. Participants must be okay living and working in a beautiful, rural area of Colorado at a horse ranch with horses and other animals on-site and in the vicinity of housing. Second jobs are not available unless a participant purchases a car.
