Line Cook/Prep Cook/Back of House : Participants will rotate between Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Back of House positions.
Participants are responsible for food preparation, supporting the kitchen supervisor, and cleaning and bussing tables. Participants must adhere to all kitchen and food safety operational standards and follow recipes according to Cherry Republic standards. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
On occasion, participants may be asked to work a few shifts in the restaurant as a server. Responsibilities include taking orders from customers, delivering food, and operating the cash register and POS system.

**Up to 10 participants will share a single-family home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms with a big screen TV, 1 dining room, a patio with a grill, and laundry. Each participant will have their own bed and will share a room with another participant. This housing is about 7 miles away from the host employer.
