Kitchen Helper :We are looking for motivated Kitchen Helpers to join our team! In this role, you will rotate between Relief Cook, Dishwasher, and Prep Cook duties based on business needs. Your main work site will be Delmonico Grill, but you may also work shifts at our sister restaurant, Talley’s Silver Spoon, at the same pay rate.
Key Responsibilities
Relief Cook
Prepare raw ingredients and follow established recipes.
Cook and assemble menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.
Stock and organize kitchen stations and food items.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, and workstations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Dishwasher
Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas neat and organized.
Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Assist with trash removal and general kitchen sanitation as needed.

Schedule & Work Conditions

If you call out sick or miss scheduled shifts, your employer is not required to offer make-up
hours that week.
Shifts or days off may not match your friends’ schedules.
You may not miss shifts due to other jobs or online classes.
