Housekeeping : Housekeepers clean and supply all daily assigned rooms and report all damage, mechanical issues, suspicious activities, or theft in accordance with all housekeeping procedures, standards, and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Participants will clean guest rooms and stock appropriate supplies in the prescribed manner. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up trash, changing bed linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and dusting guest rooms, cleaning windows, and restocking linens and room amenities.
Housekeepers will retrieve, stock, restock, and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping, safety and security procedures and regulations. Housekeepers respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Participants must turn in and report any items left in a room to lost and found and report any missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to the direct supervisor.

**Participants will live in an on-site hotel room. Each room has one bathroom and will house one or two participants. Rooms include internet, a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a single serve coffee maker. Coin operated laundry facilities are available on-site. Hot plates and electric skillets are not permitted in the hotel room. Hot food should be prepared in the microwave only. Participants will receive breakfast coupons for use during their stay, allowing them to choose one of three breakfast options from our full-service restaurant.
