Guest Room and Laundry Attendant : Participants hired in this position will work both as a Guest Room Attendant and Laundry Attendant.
Guest Room Attendant responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms, making beds, dusting, removing guest linens, vacuuming, and restocking towels and supplies. This position also requires cleaning bathrooms including showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets. Cleaning some of common areas will be required as well. Participants will be responsible for keeping Room Attendant carts and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized. Participants must report any items that need repair and respond to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
The Laundry Attendant position responsibilities will include sorting, washing, drying, and folding guestroom linens, spot checking and spot cleaning linens as necessary, and delivering supplies to guest rooms upon request. Participants will also be responsible for cleaning the laundry room by sweeping and mopping the floors, wiping down the laundry machines, and emptying dryer lint traps. Participants hired to this position will assist Room Attendants with cleaning guest rooms and stripping linens from beds as necessary. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

**The employer provides housing at their sister property located in downtown Duluth. Participants will share a room with one bathroom with one other participant. Rooms will have two full sized beds, a dresser, television, desk, chairs, a microwave, and a mini refrigerator. Participants will have access to the employee break room, and breakfast will be provided daily. Laundry is located on-site, and Wi-Fi is provided.
