Housekeeping : Housekeepers clean and supply all daily assigned rooms and report all damage, mechanical issues, suspicious activities, or theft in accordance with all housekeeping procedures, standards, and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Participants will clean guest rooms and stock appropriate supplies in the prescribed manner. This includes, but is not limited to, picking up trash, changing bed linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and dusting guest rooms, cleaning windows, and restocking linens and room amenities.
Housekeepers will retrieve, stock, restock, and store the housekeeping cart according to prescribed housekeeping, safety and security procedures and regulations. Housekeepers respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Participants must turn in and report any items left in a room to lost and found and report any missing articles, damage, or mechanical problems to the direct supervisor.
Participants will coordinate with direct supervisor on special projects or tasks before leaving for the day.
Participants must report to work in proper uniform, including approved name tag, and be comfortable dusting and using cleaning chemicals.

**The housing will be on-site at the hotel in one of the double queen rooms. There will be two queen beds, a living area, television with cable, and a bathroom with a shower. There will be two participants per room, and the participants sharing a room will be the same gender. The room will have a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Participants will have access to all of the hotel amenities including the pool, fitness center, and outdoor patio and to an on-site cooking facility where they can prepare some meals at certain times.
