Indian Hill Associate : Store associates will rotate through multiple departments or may be assigned to a single department based on business needs and individual skill sets. Participants must be flexible and willing to cross train in multiple areas.
-Operating a cash register
-Making change for customers
-Bagging Groceries
-Greeting customers and answering their questions
-Stocking shelves and products of various types (dry groceries, frozen food, produce, dairy, etc)
-Stocking walk-in freezer and cooler cases
-General, light cleaning work like sweeping or dusting
-Helping unload delivery trucks, lifting cases of products, moving carts
-Using step stools
-Effectively interacting with staff and customers using spoken and written English
-Reading numerical dates and scan codes on products
-Rotating and facing products
Cashiers will typically work shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 8pm.
Stock crew typically works shifts between the hours of 4:00am and 8pm.
Dairy associates typically work shifts between the hours of 4:00am and 8pm.
Produce associates typically work shifts between the hours of 4:00am and 8pm.
Frozen goods associates typically work shifts between the hours of 4:00am and 8pm
