Food and Beverage : Food & Beverage team members prepare and serve food and beverage items. Participants will be in close contact with guests and assist them with purchases. Participants will be trained in sales, customer service, store cleanliness, and how to properly display items in the store.
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– Greeting customers, assisting with questions, and managing accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience.
– Preparing food by product specifications and procedures.
– Replenishing condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area.
– Conducting transactions accurately while ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed – including cash, credit, and refund transactions, counterfeit bills, loss prevention.
– Following company rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to help create a safe work environment for both coworkers and guests.
– Monitoring product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor.
– General cleaning
Ride Operator : Ride Operator team members are responsible for supervising, monitoring, and attending to park rides, including boarding, securing passengers, starting rides and ensuring passengers exit safely.

– Operating rides and attractions in safe manner.
– Following company rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to help create a safe work environment for both coworkers and guests.
