Grounds Crew : Responsibilities include but are not limited to picking up after guests, emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, cleaning of guest sites, painting, assisting with minor repairs, general indoor and outdoor cleaning, completing daily checklists, and moving furniture. Participants may be asked to lift heavy objects and the use of chemical cleaning products may be required.
Guest Services : This position rotates between retail/activities and front desk duties. Retail/activity responsibilities include, but are not limited to: engaging and initiating recreational activities such as soccer, softball, tubing, and other resort activities or sports. Participants will encourage guests to play and have fun while staying at the property but must also keep the guests’ safety in mind. Participants are required to interact with our guests daily throughout their shift.
Front Desk responsibilities include checking guests in and out in the main lodge as well as outdoors, answering questions, booking reservations in person and over the phone, resolving guest challenges, working with computerized reservations and point of sale systems, cash drawer responsibility and balancing, and stocking shelves. Participants are required to interact with guests daily throughout their shift.
Retail/Front Desk : Retail/Front Desk Clerks provide excellent customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information responding to questions in person and over the phone
– Process payments and deposits
– Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency
– Partner with the Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
– Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly

**Housing is provided in one of two locations on the property. Housing is assigned by the host employer. Housing 1: Participants will share cabins located on the property. The cabins have one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed with a sleeping loft. They feature a shared living area, kitchen, full bathroom, cable TV, and outdoor living space featuring a porch, fire ring, and picnic table. Housing 2: Participants will share a mobile home that has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each mobile home has a shared living room, kitchen, cable TV, and outdoor living space featuring a fireplace and picnic table.
