Front of House Support Staff : Front of House Support Staff play an essential role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Participants may work as Hosts, Food Runners, and Servers and should expect to rotate between these roles as needed based on daily business demands. This position is ideal for participants who enjoy customer interaction, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Duties Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist with seating and managing guest flow Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests Refill water and assist with basic guest needs Answer basic questions about the menu and dining experience Support servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas
Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at all times Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth service
Follow workplace procedures and supervisor instructions Maintain a positive attitude, even during high-volume shifts
Represent the restaurant professionally when interacting with guests

Kitchen Support Staff : Kitchen staff supports daily food preparation and service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking menu items (e.g., rice, meats, sauces, and sides) Work Pantry and/or Grill stations as needed Follow recipes and portion standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstations Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications: Pantry or Grill experience needed Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Schedule: Varies; includes weekends and holidays as needed Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
