Busser: Responsible for cleaning and setting tables, general table maintenance, and maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment for all Staff Members and guests by performing the following duties: Maintains cleanliness around the front façade of the building, guest restrooms, floors, and surrounding work areas by keeping the area swept, mopped, and free from spills, trash, debris, etc.
Host: Responsible for greeting customers, checking identification (if applicable), controlling the flow of traffic, and maintaining guest areas by performing the following duties: Handles initial and final contact with all guests; greets guests in a positive, professional, and welcoming manner and thanks them as they leave. Provides information and conversation while guests are waiting and being seated. Introduces guests to their server. Accommodates guests with special requests, etc.
Dishwasher : Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwarshing area clean and safe.
Server: Responsible for excellence in guest satisfaction; serves food and/or beverages to the guests according to established standards and keeps dining area clean at all times by performing the following duties, etc.
Retail Associate: Responsible for generating revenue by demonstrating product knowledge, suggestive selling and conducting sales transactions with guests in a variety of indoor and open-air locations by performing the following duties: Greets guests with a smile in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Possesses full knowledge of all retail products and provides an interactive guest experience through the utilization of suggestive sales techniques and product demonstrations in a positive and outgoing manner, etc.
Food Runner : Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies). Maintain front façade of the building, toilets, floors, and surrounding work areas by keeping the area swept, mopped, and free from spills, trash, debris. Removes waste, garbage, and recyclable materials from tables and work stations. Removes dishes, glasses, cutlery, and resets tables. Scrapes and stacks plateware in the dishwashing area. Greets guests with a smile, in a friendly manner. Assists servers and management to achieve a successful shift. Stocks replenish, retrieves, supplies. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
