Crew Member : The duties for participants hired as Crew Members will include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, taking and filling orders, cleaning all restaurant areas, preparing and assembling food, working the grill, serving customers, working the counter and as a cashier, and any general cleaning. Other duties may be assigned by employer as necessary. Participants should be comfortable handling American currency at cash registers. Rotations between stations are done at the discretion of the employer and are based on participants’ attitude, English level, work performance, etc.

**Employer provides housing in one of two shared houses. Participants must contact employer at douglas.king@partners.mcd.com to confirm a space in the housing before arrival. There are two house options, and housing and rooms will be assigned at the employer’s discretion upon arrival. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with bunk beds. Three bedrooms will house 1-2 participants each. The master bedroom will house 2 participants. There is a washer and dryer in the houses. Internet is provided as long as trash is regularly removed and housing successfully passes cleanliness inspections of living areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, and all common rooms. Inspections will occur two times per month. Participants will be responsible for taking the large city-provided trash containers from the house to the street for the weekly trash collection service. Participants then must take the trash containers back to the house after the trash has been collected. This must be done within 24 hours. Participants are also responsible for keeping the area outside of the house clean. This includes picking up any trash, papers, pamphlets, newspapers, or other disposable items. If participants fail to keep the exterior of the house clean, participants may have a portion of their security deposits withheld, and could damage the program in Moab for future J-1 participants.
