Housekeeping: cleaning motel guest rooms, apartments and beach houses. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning the kitchens, living areas, dining areas, bathrooms of nautical properties, Additional duties include making beds, removing guest linens, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning of showers, sinks, and toilets. Cleaning of common areas and taking out trash will be required as well. Housekeeping requires participants to use cleaning chemicals.

**Participant will live in a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Participant will share a bedroom with another participant. Unit is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen and internet. Coin wash laundry facilities available nearby. Second week’s rent will be due 7 days from date of check in. All apartments are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will forfeit all refunds in the apartment. 6 participants may live in this housing location.
