Job Description

Dishwasher : Dishwasher responsibilities include:
-Cleaning Dishes: Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans.
-Maintaining Sanitation Standards: Follow health and safety regulations for proper sanitation and hygiene.
-Operating Equipment: Use dishwashing machines and related equipment correctly and safely.
-Organizing Supplies: Sort and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
-Cleaning Work Areas: Keep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and free of clutter.
-Monitoring Supplies: Notify management when supplies, detergents, or equipment need replenishing or maintenance.
-Supporting Kitchen Staff: Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks or preparation as needed.
– Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and efficiently.

Host/Hostess : Host/Hostess responsibilities include:
-Greeting Guests: Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
– Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables, manage reservations, and organize seating arrangements efficiently.
– Waiting List Management: Keep track of waiting guests, provide estimated wait times, and manage the waiting list.
-Customer Assistance: Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant.
-Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the host/ess station and waiting area are clean and organized.
-Communicating with Staff: Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow.
-Handling Complaints: Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
-Supporting the Team: Assist with other front desk or customer service tasks as needed.
-Promoting the Restaurant: Provide information about specials, menu, and upcoming events.

Server : Server responsibilities include:
-Customer Service: Greet and assist customers courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience.
– Order Taking: Accurately take and relay customer orders to the kitchen.
– Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly to tables.
– Maintaining cleanliness: Keep the dining area, tables, and service stations clean and organized.
– Monitoring Customers: Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
– Processing Payments: Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.
– Knowledge of Menu: Be familiar with the menu items, ingredients, and specials to assist customers.
– Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation standards.
– Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service.
– Upselling: Suggest menu items or specials to increase sales.
