Back of House Associate : Back of house position will rotate between Pie maker, prep cook, busser and dishwasher duties. Participant should be flexible with position assignments.
Pie Maker/Prep Cook duties may include but are not limited to making pies and preparing pie filings in the mornings, organizing and cleaning work station, measuring, cutting items such as vegetables, pies, meats and dough. When necessary, assisting prep cook with other stations in the kitchen, preparing food to order, possible handling of pork, stocking necessary items or working on cleaning projects. General cleaning is required and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Busser, Dishwasher duties include, but are not limited to, clearing out and restocking tables, maintaining kitchen work areas, washing dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and restocking items. Additional duties include drying dishes, providing kitchen assistance as needed, lifting, carrying and emptying dish tubs, scraping, stacking and rinsing dishes, loading dish trays and running through the dishwasher. Must be able to work in a hot, wet work environment. General cleaning is required and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Cashier : Cashier duties include but are not limited to: greeting customers taking orders for food, receiving money and processing guest checks and payments utilizing the point-of-sale system. Other duties include emptying garbage, keeping work area restocked, tidy and clean, following all other opening and closing procedures.
Ice Cream Parlor Counter Help : Duties include but are not limited to: Interacting with customers, scooping ice cream, serving a variety of pies and other desserts to guests and taking and delivering lunch orders to customers. Other duties include emptying garbage, keeping work area restocked, tidy and clean, following all other opening and closing procedures.

**Participant will live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house with other participants. Participant will share a bedroom with up to 3 others. One bedroom houses 2 participants and the second houses 4.
