Housekeeping : The position is primarily Housekeeping. Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to:
– Picking up after guests.
– Cleaning guest bathrooms, including showers, sinks, and toilets.
– Making beds and removing guest linens.
– Dusting furniture and fixtures.
– Washing floors and vacuuming carpeted areas.
– Emptying trash cans and cleaning windows.
– Keeping guest rooms stocked with accessories and bathrooms stocked with supplies.
– Using common cleaning chemicals to sanitize guest rooms.
– Cleaning common areas.
– Doing some laundry, as assigned by supervisor.
– General cleaning and other duties will be assigned by the supervisor as necessary.
– Supervisors may ask participants to work at other Host Employer-owned hotel locations nearby, when necessary.
-Opportunities to fill Breakfast Attendant responsibilities may be available on occasion at the discretion of the General Manager.
-The owner is opening a new hotel next door to this location in summer 2026 and there is a possibility that participants may work at the new location during the season once construction is completed.

Housing Cost $150 every two weeks
Deposit Amount $200
**Upon arrival, participants will pay a $200 housing deposit (refundable at the end of the program if housing left in clean and well maintained condition and participants stay through their program date) and $150 for the final 2 weeks of housing Because this rent is paid up front, you will not need to make rent payments during the last 2 weeks of your program. Rent is the equivalent of $75 per week and it will be incrementally deducted from each paycheck at the rate of $150 per paycheck until all rent is paid for the entire summer season. After the season’s rent is paid in full, there is no charge for rent for the rest of the summer. For example, if the program length is 12 weeks, the total rent for the season is $900 (the equivalent of $75 per week) and after $900 is paid, rent is $0 for the rest of the season. Participants will share a hotel room with other participants. Every room is equipped with a bathroom, two sets of bunk beds, a microwave, refrigerator, table, and chairs.
