Guest Room Attendant : The primary responsibilities of the Room Attendant position are guaranteeing cleanliness, supplying room amenities, and ensuring the comfort of all guest room accommodations. Participants will clean and service assigned rooms or areas in a timely and organized manner according to hotel standards, service sequences, and inspection checklists to meet or exceed guest expectations.

Position duties will include, but are not limited to, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitizing the bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and showers. Guest Room Attendants will also be responsible for organizing promotional materials and removing trash, dirty linens, and laundry bags. Participants will need to maintain their inventory of supplies, ensure that all materials and equipment are ready for service, and be able to answer questions from guests in order to ensure their satisfaction.

Host : Host responsibilities include, but are not limited to, greeting guests, taking reservations, showing guests to assigned tables, retrieving to-go orders, handling cash and credit transactions and answering guest questions in a friendly manner.

Kitchen Cook : The Kitchen Cook is primarily responsible for following specified standard recipes as directed and preparing food to the Executive’s and Sous Chef’s specifications. Kitchen Cooks will contribute to the hotel’s success as a team player.

The Kitchen Cook should strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. Prior culinary experience is required. This position requires collaboration, proactive thinking and organization, and a desire to contribute creatively to menu recipes and specials.
Mobile phone use is prohibited while working in accordance with company policy.

Spa Attendant : In this position, participants will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the locker room at the WELL Spa. Duties include but are not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, trash collection, and restocking restrooms. Must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
