Hotel Worker : Participants in this position are responsible for participating in all aspects of the housekeeping operations and providing excellent customer service based on their own criteria and experience. Participant must maintain high standards in all aspects of internal and external service and embrace the Marriott Brand service culture. Participant will work with the Guest Services teams to ensure they maximize the guest experience by achieving all Marriott & AAA service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing departmental objectives with standards and guidelines established by Hotel. Participant may assist the hotel as a Breakfast Attendant and/or Front Desk agent at times.
Housekeeping duties include but are not limited to: cleaning guest bathrooms, making beds, removing guest linens, vacuuming, cleaning showers, sinks, and toilets, and cleaning some common areas will be required as well. Housekeeping requires participant to use cleaning chemicals. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
This work is very physical and can be difficult and tiring. Employer encourages participant to work on their strength prior to arrival, as bending and lifting are required. It is expected that up to 12 guest rooms are cleaned daily.

**Participant will either live in apartments located at Mountain Modern Motel or in hotel rooms located off-site. The housing at Mountain Modern Motel is located 0.3 miles from the worksite. Housing is divided into 2 apartments. Each 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is shared by up to 8 participants. Participant will share bedroom with 3 other participants. The apartment includes a full kitchen, internet and laundry facilities. The other off-site housing is located 0.4 miles from the worksite in a converted hotel. Participant will be sharing a hotel room with 1 other participant. There are 2 beds and 1 bathroom per room. Room includes a hotel style kitchenette including a small stove top, microwave and mini-fridge, internet, and nearby laundry facilities. Participant is responsible for paying rent throughout the entirety of the housing agreement they will sign.
