– working the restaurant drive-thru
– taking and ringing up customer orders
– handling multiple payment methods
– stocking front lobby and back of house.
– washing dishes
– checking lobby and bathroom areas
– sweeping floors in lobby, bathroom and back of house areas (as applicable)
– mopping floors in lobby, bathroom and back of house areas (as applicable)
– cleaning customer trays
– preparing and frying food items
– reheating meat products
– putting food items in metal tubs and put on food line.
– emptying trash receptacles.

Participants will live in International Residence Hall Housing. This is a dormitory for work and travel participants in Pigeon Forge. Same-gender participants share rooms but the building is mixed-gender. 4 participants share rooms. Each room has the following: bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, refrigerator, microwave, table, chairs, 4 wardrobes (one per person) and 4 beds (2 upper bunks, 2 lower bunks). Each unit has its own heating/cooling unit.
Transportation to work
Trolley ride cost ranges from $1 -$3 per trip, depending on type of pass purchased.
