Dough Specialist : Duties include but are not limited to: mixing, rolling and cooking dough for pizza using safe serve practice. Participant is also be required to maintain a clean workspace. General cleaning is required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary by supervisor.
The specific job participant will work in will be dependent on English skills, customer service skills, experience, and personality. Participant may be rotated around multiple positions or might have one job in particular. Position depends on business needs. Participant should be flexible and open to working all other positions available.
Front of House : Front of house position involves customer interaction and will require strong customer service skills. Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting customers, taking food orders at counter, delivering food, bussing tables, washing dishes, operating cash register, exchanging money, ringing up items, and cleaning of work space. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

General Kitchen Employee : Duties include, but are not limited to: restaurant kitchen responsibilities such as greeting customers, taking food orders, using cash register and delivering food to tables, Must clear dishes from tables, wash dishes, stock drinks, build and cook pizzas and sandwiches quickly and accurately, chop meats and vegetables, mix, roll and cook dough for pizza using safe serve practices, and maintaining a clean work environment. Other duties will be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

**Participant will share a rustic cabin with another J1 participant. Each cabin has 2 beds, a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Participants might have the opportunity to use a shared full kitchen in a separate building, but it is very rustic. The bathroom and showers are in a separate building, 20- 50 feet from cabin. Bathrooms have locking stall showers and toilet facilities.
Transportation to work
Students can walk or ride a bike.
