Arcade Attendant/Cashier/Barista : Arcade Attendant duties include, but are not limited to:
-Working in the arcade area, greeting and helping guests
-Explaining how to play games and engage with guests
-Maintaining a clean and safe working space
-Contacting maintenance department if a game is not working
-Reporting all unsafe work conditions immediately
-Balance the till, using proper procedures for handling cash
-Meeting service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; responding to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
-Clocking in/out daily for schedule and lunch.
General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.
Cashier duties include, but are not limited to: handling American currency, taking orders and entering them into the POS system, and answering customer questions.

Barista duties include, but are not limited to: take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications. Must ensure quality control of menus regarding cleanliness and appearance; assist guests in menu choices, making suggestions, answering questions and upselling products to increase revenue; perform opening and closing duties according to established side-work checklists.
Cook : A Cook will use only quality foods and ingredients and prepare and arrange food according to standards that are appetizing to the guests.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Keeping work areas clean and organized and reporting all unsafe conditions immediately.
– Monitoring the presentation and portioning of food according to standards.
– Setting up, stocking, maintaining, and cleaning food preparation areas.
– Displaying knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling.
– Ensuring the special of the day is completed in a timely fashion.
– Preparing food in accordance with working menus, recipe cards, and photos.
– Meeting service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; responding to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
– Meeting the Resort standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality; reporting to work and return from breaks on time; giving advance notice when absence is anticipated; accepting work assignments without complaints
Food Runner : Food Runner responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring a consistent flow of service to guests and servers by efficiently organizing and delivering food to the tables; ensuring the quality of food before leaving the kitchen; delivering food to the correct person at the correct table; maintaining a clean and organized working environment.
Front Desk Attendant/Guest Services Agent :Guest Services Agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting customers with a friendly and sincere welcome, providing accurate information to guests, completing the guest registration process, storing and securing keys, and guiding guests through the check-out process. Participant will process guest payments, answer telephone calls, and share messages with guests as requested. Participant may need to field guest complaints, conduct thorough research into the issue to develop the most effective solution, and negotiate results. Participant will report any unsafe conditions immediately and submit work orders to maintenance staff in a timely manner.
The Guest Services Agent follows the resort’s recommended guest arrival and departure procedures; has a full understanding of and operates computer-based front desk systems (IQware) in a way that is sufficient enough to perform the primary responsibilities of the job and answer guests’ questions about the resort services and amenities.
Guest Services Agent must be extremely detail oriented and very friendly and outgoing. They are the first point of contact for guests checking in and the last friendly face guests see as they check out.
Host/Hostess : The Host/Hostess will oversee the greeting and seating of guests, along with responding to guest inquiries at various Food and Beverage outlets.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Ensure the outlets’ entries are clean and clear of any hazards.
– Verify and log all food tickets.
– Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
– Greet all guests upon entering the area.
– Ascertain dining needs.
– Seat guests and manages seating charts.
– Provide beverage service to all tables.
– Acquaint guests with food offered, buffets, menu ordering.
– Assist teammates with side work.
– Prepare to-go boxes for guests not dining at the outlet.
Pool/Waterpark Attendant :Pool attendants are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean pool area. Duties include but are not limited to checking for wrist bands, welcoming guests, attending to their needs, providing or replenishing towel supply and assisting swimmers in danger. Participant will also set up the furniture and equipment, conduct routine pool inspections, and ensure that the swimming pool area is neat and organized. Participant will monitor sauna, exercise room, locker room and surrounding areas, as well. They will report all unsafe conditions immediately and maintain a ledger of pool and spa readings.
The Waterpark Attendant is an entry-level position that involves all activities concerning the safety of guests/customers in all pools, hot tubs, slides, attractions, and interactive features, in the indoor and outdoor water park areas. Duties include but are not limited to checking for wrist bands, welcoming guests, attending to their needs, providing towels, supervising slides and making sure that the slide is clear before the next guest gets in. Participant will report all unsafe conditions to a supervisor immediately.
Server : A Server will receive and serve meal and beverage orders in an outgoing, friendly, and timely manner and provide guests with superior service.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Display knowledge of basic food preparation and service.
– Keep work areas clean and organized.
– Act as a bus person as required.
– Stock areas with linen, glassware, silver.
– Greet and seat guests.
– Complete all necessary side work to include preparing garnishes, stocking cold areas with cream and butter, filling and stocking salt/pepper shakers, separating linen, etc.
– Display knowledge of special and standard menu items and their ingredients.
– Operate computer in prescribed manner for recording orders, prices, and ticket totals.
– Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction; respond to guest questions or problems in a timely, professional manner.
– Meet the Resort standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, attendance, and punctuality; report to work and return from breaks on time; give advance notice when absence is anticipated; accept work assignments
without complaints.
