Facilities Attendant : The Facilities Department takes care of all resort public spaces, making sure they are appropriately cleaned. In this position participants will be maintaining public areas of resort buildings.

Duties include, but are not limited to: taking out trash, tidying furniture, dusting surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and showers, and restocking disposables (such as soap). Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Food and Beverage Server Assistant : The Server Assistant position is a versatile Food and Beverage Front Of House position. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with bussing, hosting, and serving at the restaurants and banquet functions. It is a great opportunity for being directly involved with front-of-house operations and guests frequently while being part of a great team and enjoying the summer fun.

This is a tipped position. The participant’s hourly compensation will be a base rate + tips. On rare occasions when the base rate + tips are not reaching $14.00/hour, the necessary payroll adjustments will be made. Base rates start from $5/hour + tips and vary for the positions of busser, hostess, expeditor, and line runner.

Food and Beverage – Back of House – Kitchen Helper : The Kitchen Helper position is a versatile Food and Beverage Back Of House position. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with the dish line and all kitchen service areas, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas, prepping food items, and assisting cooking both at our restaurants and banquet functions. It is a great opportunity to be directly involved with daily operations while being part of a great team and enjoying the summer fun.

Housekeeping : Housekeeper duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning rooms, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, changing linens and towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms including toilets, sinks, and showers, and doing laundry. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary.

Lift Operator : Lift Operators are an essential part of the Crystal Mountain summer fun as they meet and greet all guests taking a chairlift ride or using the Alpine Slide! This role is the perfect opportunity to engage in conversations with guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Checking tickets, giving verbal instructions to guests on how to get on and off the lifts, providing information on slide rules, and being as friendly, helpful, and courteous as possible when doing so. Duties also include ensuring and being alert to the safe operation of the lift and overall lift operation and continuously maintaining the condition of lift mazes, loading, and unloading platforms.

Lot Attendant : A Golf Course Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring a gracious and efficient arrival are provided to both Crystal Mountain and the first tee of Mountain Ridge or Betsie Valley Golf Courses.

Duties may include, but are not limited to: transferring golf clubs to a golf cart or pushcart, directing guests to the appropriate golf course and assisting with questions and information, cleaning carts after each round and putting them back in their appropriate row and on the charger, and maintaining immaculate facilities for guests. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Recreation Attendant/Lifeguard : The Recreation Attendant/Lifeguard is responsible for taking care of exciting summer guest services from the Alpine Slide, to the outdoor pool, to laser tag. Participants will mainly be on Lifeguard shifts around the Parks at Waters Edge and making sure all ages are enjoying the family pool fun safely. When needed, participants can help with other recreational activities like renting bikes, assisting with children’s programs, and much more.

Spa Guest Services Attendant : The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for creating memorable moments by personalizing guest experiences. In this position the participants are often the first point of contact as guests are welcomed to Crystal Spa. Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: assisting with the cleanliness of the shared guest areas of the Spa, assisting the Spa Concierge Desk, giving tours to guests of the Spa guest rooms, giving information on where to find Spa equipment, assisting with tidiness of the space and laundry, booking services of Crystal Spa, assisting with retail sales, product demo, and color presentations.

**Participants will live in cabins, each shared by 3-4 participants. Cabins are fully furnished with bunk beds, bedding, multipurpose table, chairs, telephone, TV with internet, WiFi, and wardrobes. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, and is stocked with household essentials including pots, pans, and utensils. There is 1 bathroom equipped with a shower, towels, and storage for toiletries. Laundry facilities are located near the housing units and include 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, free of charge. Laundry soap and fabric softener are not provided.
