Runner, Banquets Department : You will assist food servers in setting up room service carts/trays and complete assigned side work. Remove trays/carts from hotel halls, etc., return to the Room Service department, and break them down properly. Clear dishes and table debris and wipe down tables. Sweep floors, wipe counters, and empty trash. Keep side stations clean. Re-stock side stations. Sweep floors, wipe/maintain/stock stations, and empty trash. Polish silverware, glassware. Additional tasks are assigned as needed by management.

Busser, Food and Beverage Department: Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting the Food Server in serving guests in a warm, accommodating, and professional manner ensuring total guest satisfaction. Bussing and setting tables, assisting servers with orders. Cleaning kitchen and floors and emptying trash. Assisting food servers in setting up and delivering customer orders. Clearing dishes and table debris, and wiping down tables. Setting up station, water, ice, napkins, etc. Sweeping floors, wiping/maintaining/stocking stations, and emptying trash. Polishing silverware and glassware.

Cook, Food and Beverage Department: Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting cooks to safely prepare all food prep and food items in accordance with standard hotel recipes and specifications. Read, comprehend, and follow the daily forecasts, menus, and recipes in order to aid in the production of all food items for respective work areas. Responsible for supplying assigned work area with all needed products and equipment used for production. Store all food items in the proper storage area including covering, labeling, and dating in the proper container to prevent spoilage. Interact with hotel guests in order to provide for special requests. Participate in activities of cooks and other team members involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food in accordance with hotel productivity standards, cost controls, and special needs. Ability to remember, recite, and promote the variety of menu items and
standard recipes used by the assigned restaurant outlet. Prepare all the prep work for soups, salads, sauces, entrees, etc.

Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must. Dedicated to meeting and/or exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal and external clients.

Porter, Banquets Department: Responsible for executing the preparation, setup, and teardown of banquet areas/meeting
spaces, moving furniture and stage platforms, lifting heavy objects such as chairs, tables, and dance floor sections and pushing/pulling carts, and all other duties as determined by the Director of Catering and banquets. You will interact with guests. You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards & fire codes from the City of Nevada. Additional tasks as requested by management.

Cashier, Food and Beverage Department: You will operate cash registers, handle American currency, and process credit card
transactions all the while working with the public. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and like working with people. Only apply if you like to work and have team spirit. Adheres to all company policies and procedures as established in the Staff Member Handbook.

Attendant, Bowling Department: As a Bowling Attendant, you will ensure all bowling equipment (bowling balls, rental shoes,
lanes, pinsetters, and furniture) is in proper working condition. Accurately and efficiently operate the Pulse Automated Scoring System, starting and closing games for guests. You will need to operate a point of sales system, creating checks for guests and closing transactions. You will clean bowling shoes, the counter, and sweep the floor, answer the phone, and assist with guest’s requests.

Lifeguard, Pool Department: Must be an advanced, very strong swimmer. Need to be outgoing, friendly, approachable, and helpful. Ensure the safety of all guests by providing constant visual surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas at all times. Identifying and reacting to any potential safety risks or emergency situations. Speaking up if guests are running or playing too rough.

You will be working outside in all types of weather – hot sun, cooler days, light rain, etc. Standing and sitting in the hot sun for long periods of time. Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to all emergency situations determining if injuries are life-threatening or require administration of first aid. Responsible for following all emergency procedures in accordance with American Red Cross training including water rescue, CPR, and/ or application of First Aid when required/needed. Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer, and providing positive and proactive solutions.

Perform all job duties as assigned, looking for opportunities to assist guests, coworkers, or managers at all times. Possess strong attention to detail, maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas. Responsible for all opening/closing and daily duties as assigned. Knowledge and adherence to all GSR and department policies and procedures ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Know hotel amenities, services, and outlets making recommendations to fit guest needs. Attend and participate in all meetings in order to be
informed of new rules, regulations, and procedures, and to discuss scheduling or other concerns of the Hotel or department. Employer will conduct in-person training & certification with participants to be licensed lifeguards. The employer pays the Lifeguard License fee. Must be dependable, hardworking, friendly, trustworthy & honest person. Employer will conduct random drug tests during the season. If you fail the drug test you will be terminated and you could be placing your W&T program in jeopardy. Must be flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. You may not work the same shifts as your friends nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.

Attendant, Arcade Department: Arcade Attendants will be expected to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging services. MUST have a fun, friendly, positive attitude! Must like working with children and have a strong desire to provide GREAT customer service! Must ENJOY SMILING! MUST HAVE OUTGOING PERSONALITY AND BE COMFORTABLE HANDLING US CURRENCY. MUST be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a flexible attitude and be willing to work in any position assigned. You will assist with providing change needed for machines, helping with the tickets, and ensuring machines are running properly.

Dishwasher, Stewarding Department: You will clean, wash, and stock restaurant supplies while maintaining a clean work area. Must be able to work in fast fast-paced environment, follow directions, and read the safety manual. This is very physical, hard work so you must be able to lift heavy items, bend, stoop, reach items on high shelves, and be able to stand for 8 hours. You will wash pots and pans by hand in very hot water, use the dishwashing machine for glasses, dishes, and cutlery, and then stack clean items in an appropriate area. The kitchen needs to be in sanitary, tidy & clean condition at all times. You will also be responsible for removing trash.

Host, Food and Beverage Department: Must have a great phone presence and be understood. Greeting and seating guests, assisting servers with filling waters, clearing tables, restocking the host station, and making guest reservations over the phone and in person. Previous restaurant experience would be helpful but not required. Must be very outgoing and personable. Personality is key! Professional appearance is also key. Wants participants that are interested in exceeding their customers’ expectations

Attendant, Laundry Department: Duties include washing and drying soiled linens. Requires standing for long periods of time, bending, and lifting. We only want workers with great attitudes and team spirit. Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job. It can get very hot in the laundry department. Please understand you will be in here working your shift. The machines are loud running. You will be loading and unloading the linens and properly folding them.

Associate, Retail Department: You will operate cash registers, handle American currency, wait on customers; and work with
the public. You will straighten the inventory, restock it as required and ensure the store is clean and inviting to customers. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a strong work ethic, great attitude, and like working with people. Only apply if you like to work and have team spirit. Porter, EVS Department: Your duties include cleaning employee & public guest restrooms, and locker rooms; swabbing toilets & urinals with proper chemicals—cleaning & sanitizing inside and outside of toilets & urinals, cleaning stall dividers/doors and wall tile, cleaning & polishing towel/tissue dispensers, mirrors, and all metal and chrome surfaces. empty & clean ashtrays, clean wash basins, and vanity area. Dust chair/stool legs and wipe down. Dust & wipe down the tops, fronts, and sides of lockers. Dust air vents, grills, light fixtures & ceiling fans. Sweep & mop floors. Clean locker room, and pick up debris from floor & benches. Remove gum from floors & carpeted areas. Vacuum carpeted areas. Wipe baseboards. Refill soap, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, paper towels, and other dispensing machines. Casino & Public Spaces; Pan & broom carpeted areas, including edging. Vacuum all carpeted areas. Dust & polish stools, brass/chrome tables, chairs, machine fronts, signage, wall hangings, statues, art, and all furnishings. Dust air vents & grills. Clean & wipe down walls & ledges. Clean and empty ashtrays and garbage receptacles. Dust & mop non-carpeted floor areas. Dust artificial plants. Remove gum from floors and carpeted areas. Reposition furniture if necessary. Use proper safety signage. Offices; Maintains the cleanliness and physical
appearance of public areas, restrooms, casinos, lounges, restaurants, arcades, bowling center, etc., as well as employee areas, cafeterias, offices, restrooms, etc. according to established standards of cleanliness and quality. Report all maintenance issues.

Your Start Date must be a Thursday to attend Orientation! You must report to the Human Resources office Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday (by noon) the week of your Orientation/Start Date. You have to arrive before Noon on Wednesday to fill out the paperwork. The paperwork takes about 45 minutes. If you miss the noon cutoff, your orientation date will be a week later.

Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by
management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless
