Job Description

MGN Pools – Lifeguard, Pool Attendant **40+ hours** : As a lifeguard, you will have to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the swimmers. In addition, the lifeguard must check and maintain specific chemical levels in the pool. Additional required duties are: Cleaning the pool and surrounding area, cleaning the restrooms, trash removal, and enforcing gate control at the facility.

Rate

$15.00 per hour

Beginning of the season bonus eligibility:
$300 (based on performance). Must arrive before May 21, 2025. The participant will receive the bonus with the second check. Violation of the MGN Pools Safety Code and Policies will result in loss of bonus.

End of the season bonus eligibility:
$500 (based on performance). Must arrive before June 1 and work until September 1, 2025. Violation of the MGN Pools Safety Code and Policies will result in loss of bonus.

Eligibility for Both Bonuses:
$800 total (based on performance). Must arrive before May 21, 2025 and work until September 1, 2025. Violation of the MGN Pools Safety Code and Policies will result in loss of bonus.

32-40 hours per week

English level

Intermediate – Upper Intermediate

Housing

$160.00 per Week (Employer)
Deposit amount: $200 Arriva

$150 is refundable if the apartment is left in appropriate condition as determined by the apartment owner.
If an employee leaves MGN Pools or is terminated earlier than the date specified in the Job Offer (i.e. Does not work through the end of their Job offer dates); employee will be responsible for all remaining unpaid rent (total amount for the remaining weeks as indicated dates in your job offer).

Transportation to work

Walk, scooter, ride a bike or take the local bus. MGN Company offer bicycles and scooters for seasonal rental. (Bicycle $95 & Scooter $120)
