Job Description

Back of House Support : The Kitchen Support personnel will start with our training program. We will work with them to train them on all our stations. We are revolutionizing the industry by introducing the opportunity to allow the Back of House to participate in the benefit of the tip pooling. They will be afforded the opportunity to start with the basics and work their way up expanding their knowledge, tra ining, experience, and piece of the tips. Some of the participant’s responsibilities are ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately Sorting, storing, and distributing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare dishes as needed. Disposing of trash, Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools or areas. Other tasks may be assigned by management as needed.

$135 a week will be deducted which includes a $10 per week security deposit that is eligible for reimbursement at the end of the program upon check out once inspection is completed (Employer)
