Job Description

Food & Beverage : ood & Beverage Crew Members are responsible for food preparation, serving, cashiering, cleaning, attending the bathroom, dishwashing, and bussing in all areas of the restaurant or cafeteria. Crew Members must be able to assist guests in a friendly, sincere, and helpful manner. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor.

Housekeeping : Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning guest rooms, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, removing/replacing linens and towels, dusting furniture, wiping down high-touch surfaces, mopping, and vacuuming. Cleaning of showers, sinks, and toilets will also be required, along with some cleaning of common areas. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by the employer as necessary.

**Employer provides housing in shared motel rooms. Each room will hold 1-2 participants and includes an en-suite bathroom, microwave, and mini-fridge. Participants will have access to a common area with a table and tv, and will also have access to a large, shared kitchen which has an oven and stove. Bedrooms will be gender specific but the kitchen and common area will be shared by males and females. Laundry facilities are available for participants to use.
