Cook & Kitchen Support : Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients. Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts. … Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

Server & Expeditor :Server duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and served to guests in a timely manner. Servers act as a liaison between the kitchen and the car hop service staff. This position includes communicating updates and questions between the kitchen, car hop staff, and customers.
Server responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, taking payments for their tables, and assisting guests with a smile and friendly attitude.

Server-Car Hop :While servers earn tips, participants hired as servers are guaranteed to earn at least $7.25 per hour to meet local minimum wage. Servers are expected to give a portion of their tips to the bartender, busser and/or food runners, based on which of those positions are on shift at the time.

** Employee housing is located on the property in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The house is fully furnished with a living room, full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Each participant will have their own private bedroom.
